A little bit about me
I’m Dom Kracmar. I’m a North London-based trainer and coach, and I’ve been helping teams and individuals communicate better for over 15 years.
My background - first as a trained actor, then as facilitator and coach for many years, and, most recently, as a practitioner in a therapeutic modality - has equipped me with a broad range of experience, knowledge, and approaches to draw on in my work with people looking to address their communication and presenting challenges.
This could range from the practical and behavioural, to the more personal, for those wanting to go a bit deeper in their exploration.
Above all else, I hope to leave people with a greater sense of awareness, confidence, and choice in their ability to communicate.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work with people from many different walks of life. Presentation skills training for biochemists in Bologna. Conflict management for gardeners in Hackney. And, most recently, confidence workshops for young homeless people re-entering the workplace.
I have a certificate in counselling from the Gestalt Centre London, and have recently become a certified NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Practitioner in developmental trauma.
